How it works:
All uploaded images come into the "Sump" first. After that photos are moderated and then become available to users in any selected resolution, so they could vote. If your photo gets the biggest number of votes, it will be moved to the main page. There is a daily limit for downloading pictures on the site. Unregistered users can download – 35 pictures per day, registered users – 60 pictures per day, "authors" of the website – 150 pictures per day. In two months the daily authors' limit increases up to more than 30 photos. Thus, the terms regulate not only the content's downloading, but also its updating.
