粉蒸肉
材料
五花肉一块,葱,生姜,葱,料酒,甜面酱,麦堡香辣粉蒸料1包,盐,糖,土豆片
做法
1、五花肉切约0.5CM的薄片,略放一点点(不能多)盐,糖,料酒,甜面酱拌匀,入味半个小时。
2、这道菜会蒸出油来,所以铺层土豆片吃油,然后土豆片再被我们吃掉。肉拌上蒸料,中高火蒸40-60分钟(视肉的多少)即可。
