薄荷炒蛋
材料
薄荷叶,鸡蛋,盐,糖
做法
1.材料:可食用的新鲜薄荷叶,鸡蛋。(薄荷不要太多,只加了材料如图
2.中的一半。)
3.薄荷叶洗净沥干切碎末
4.鸡蛋和碎薄荷加盐和少许糖打匀
5.打好的蛋液加少许水。(这样炒出来的蛋会更嫩)
6.油锅烧热,倒入蛋液
