锅加油烧热,下入洋葱和胡萝卜煸炒至胡萝卜变色

取一矿泉水瓶,用剪刀剪去2/3不用,留瓶嘴部分,将瓶嘴插入鸡翅内,用勺子将米饭盛在瓶内,用筷子把米饭塞进鸡翅内,(不要塞的太满,烤制时鸡翅会收缩)

用牙签将鸡翅口别上,其余依样做好

将烤肉酱均匀的刷在鸡翅两面,腌制20分钟,将鸡翅放烤网上

到时间后,将盘内剩余的酱汁刷在鸡翅上,用锡纸将翅尖包住(防止烤焦)继续烤10分钟即可
